Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
Time Frame: You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.
Condition:To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, including all documentation, certificates, and tags.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom and Personalized Jewelry: Due to the unique nature of custom and personalized jewelry, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials. Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process

Shipping Your Return: Once you have received your RAN, securely package the item, including all original packaging and documentation, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as GEA Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for certain items.
Cancellations

Custom and Personalized Orders
Cancellation Policy: Custom and personalized orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, these orders enter the production phase, and cancellations will not be accepted.

Exchanges
